Our weight loss patients start with an appointment with the doctor or one of our PAs for a check up to determine the underlying causes of their weight gain. The program is set up in six week blocks which include all supplemental weight loss food needed and weekly weigh ins and support meetings.
Vitamin deficiency can cause a lot of health problems including include hair loss, depression, forgetfulness, and fatigue. We use vitamin assessment and testing to determine if you are suffering from any vitamin deficiencies. If you are experiencing any unusual symptoms that you think may be linked to vitamin deficiency, schedule a medical appointment at Nouriche for a vitamin assessment. We can help you correct vitamin deficiencies through supplementation and dietary change and order vitamin testing if deemed necessary by our medical team.
