General Care Instruction for All Treatments

With most cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments some pain, redness, bruising and swelling can be normal. Please see specific advice below for your treatment so you can make plans if necessary.

If you have any questions regarding your cosmetic injectables or aesthetic treatment before you attend, please contact your Cosmetic Skin Therapies medical professional in the first instance.

It is essential that you attend your follow up appointment after your treatment. This will allow you to discuss your cosmetic injectables or aesthetic treatment with your Cosmetic Skin Therapies medical professional who can provide advice. It also helps us to ensure the desired results you are looking for are achieved. Please ensure you have booked this straight after your treatment.

Do not take blood thinning supplements for 48 hours prior to attending your appointment (St John’s Wort, green tea, omega-3 fish oil etc). If you take prescribed blood thinners (heparin, warfarin, rivaroxaban) please consult with your GP prior to attending your appointment.
